Fabrice Ramalingom débute une carrière de danseur-interprète au Centre Chorégraphique de Montpellier sous la direction de Dominique Bagouet, qui disparaît prématurément en 1992. Le jeune danseur crée alors avec Les Carnets Bagouet, une cellule de réflexion et de transmission des oeuvres du grand chorégraphe français. Parallèlement Fabrice Ramalingom mène ses propres projets d’abord au sein de la Camionetta, puis avec sa propre compagnie R.A.M.a. Avec Pandora Box / Body, Ramalingom décortique la question de la présence et de l’absence des corps des danseurs sur scène. Le chorégraphe choisit des danseurs qui jouent et dansent dans différents registres, alliant la danse la plus performative à l’interprétation la plus théâtrale. L’espace subit alors des transformations tout au long de la pièce aux atmosphères de clair/obscur rythmées par la Djette Chloé, qui créant des paysages sonores, invite le public à la rêverie et au mystère. |
